Gaming room: PS5 Pro, PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, retro consoles, racing simulator and bucket seats. Art Deco room: billiard table, pinball, 2 arcade machines, poker table, electronic darts and over 60 board games. Chill & Play room: table football, air hockey, Nintendo Switch and a big screen.

Good to know before you book

• Officially rated 3-star holiday rental (French classification)
• Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am
• 14 guests maximum
• Minimum stays: 2 nights at weekends, during French school holidays and in June and September; 3 nights in July and August (except 31 December)
• The house is spread over four floors
• Security deposit of €3,000 by cheque, requested before arrival
• No pets
• Hen and stag parties and birthdays welcome, respecting the neighbours and the house rules
