One price for the whole house, whatever the number of guests up to 14. Tourist tax included.

- Compulsory cleaning fee: €200 (cleaning and preparing the house), payable on arrival.
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early arrival or late departure possible at €25 per hour, subject to agreement.
- Minimum stays: 2 nights at weekends, during French school holidays and in June and September; 3 nights in July and August. Not available on 31 December.
- Bed linen and towels provided, access to all the games included.

The simplest way is to write to or call Caroline (holidays) or François (companies) directly: one contact person from the first message to the handover of the keys, and no platform fees.

Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or for the whole house?
For the whole house. The price is the same whether you are 8 or 14.
Is the tourist tax included?
Yes, the tourist tax is included in the nightly price. Only the €200 cleaning fee is added, payable on arrival.
Can we pay in English and communicate in English?
Yes. The hosts speak some English, German and Spanish, and all quotes and messages can be exchanged in English.
